what is reiki ?
Reiki is the Japanese term for life force energy. The fifth universal element is called Ki, as well as Chi and Qi in the Chinese, Prana in India, Ka in Egypt, and Eros in the Greek. It is the animating force of the universe. Reiki is energy and flows from the source of life through sentient beings, perhaps through all material forms.
In practice Reiki facilitates:
Reiki is introduced through attunements from a Reiki Master. Once an individual is attuned, they are encouraged to practice Reiki on themselves and their loved ones, including pets, plants, any living being. Reiki energy flows freely throughout the universe and the practice involves an awakening or enlightenment.
When Jesus healed by human touch he was using the energy of Reiki to enable the life force flowing through the individual to heal the physical form. He would usually state something like, "your faith has made you whole", simply meaning that the person had awakened to the flow of life from its source through their body. This phrase literally means, "you are now attuned to the flow of life through your body, complete reliance on that means disease is not possible." In other words, the cells of their body were now responding to that natural current rather than the body/mind programming that is part of our enculturation.
